The staff is AMAZING!! Mr. Sezai went over and beyond for me and my son. He was so patient and kind. And because of that reason we book an extra week to stay. Thank andThank you sir. Also Ms. Ladeja was also extremely supportive and represented the company very well. She made me feel so welcome just like Mr. Sezai. Thank you both and The Sheraton! My favorite hotel. You will always get my business. Thank you for knowing and showing that how you treat people is important.

Our first room we were given had a couple of issues (air condition and phone were not working) but they were able to get us into a similar room that was in working condition. As a pregnant woman from out of town, I was so grateful for the front desk for helping immediately. The full sized shampoo, conditioner, etc was so wonderful!! The tv’s in the room have the ability to log into our own streaming apps which was a nice touch.

Summer

The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name who really helped me out finding a ride to ride State Fair. He went out of his way to tell me what ride was cheaper ( Lyft) and put the App in my phone.

Relatively quite and clean. Better lighting fixtures and nice television set. Pretty comfortable beds and clean sheets. Bathroom amenities were accommodating. Coin laundry is convenient as is indoor & outdoor pools in addition to gym.
